WAFFLES AND BACON AND FRENCH TOAST, OH MY!!
Posted by FunkmasterCatking Aug. 29, 2009 @ 11:10 PM EDT"(Full name: Journey to the End of the Universe)
This song originated from a five second loop I made like 5 months ago. I never really expected to make entire song out of it, but I was convinced otherwise...
Enjoy, and reviews are appreciated!
WAT DO U GUIZ THINK?

Audio collab, that is.
I've never done a collab before and I'd like to try it. I use FL Studio 8, and I'm open to any collabs involving Trance, House, or DNB. I don't really do much else xD
I just made a box account, which is the reason I've finally decided to try this :D
Anyone interested?
If not, perhaps this picture of Adam West with a cat launcher will convince you otherwise.

Hey, I'm available for any group that needs a musician. I can do pretty much all types of electronica, and I think this would be a great opportunity for me to push myself to make something incredible.
PICK MEEE!!

The millions of dollars will be rolling in any minute now...
I just made this myself.

Remix of Come With Me by Rob Mayth (or Special D, I don't even know any more).
This was remixed completely from scratch (the melody is surprisingly easy to learn by ear) I tried to make this as epic as possible, please try to listen through the whole song. I put practically maximum effort into this :D
I added my own thing in there too, 2:00 to 3:34 is all me :)
REVIEW!!

I'm in the middle of making a remix of "Come with me" by Special D. (or Rob Mayth, I don't really even know anymore) from scratch. At the rate I'm going, I may be finished by Saturday. I have school and other things though, so maybe not.
(not assuming anyone really cares)
By the way, anyone know if it would it be illegal for me to use the actual lyrics from the song in a remix? If It's not against the rules, does anyone know where I could find them?
anyway, that song is teh shiz-net.
IZ GUD?

For my english class we just started our "poetry unit", and we all had to write a sonnet.
And sweet mother of god was this unpleasant to write.
I probably sound pathetic when I say I literally spent over six hours on this over the course of two days, I nearly had a melt-down stressing over making this perfect. I've never realized how much I hate poetry until now.
Well here it is, and it's not even that good. I feel nauseous. (By the way, this was slightly inspired by Psybot's song, Godsent)
Music is God Sent
Michael Kessler
The music starts playing, softly at first.
The piano rolls by, a tranquil tune.
Into euphoria I am submersed,
As tempo picks up, the song starts to bloom.
An upsurge of melody fills my ears.
All of a sudden the world is clear.
A burst of confidence to conquer fears,
A mysterious urge to persevere.
Music is the most potent medicine.
Harmonious melody is the cure,
Reviving lost memories deep within,
It is a gift from the heavens, for sure.
Music is magic, it touches your soul.
Music is god sent, and earns my extol
Well, there you have it. Let me know what you think.

Hay guizzzzz...
QUICK, I DARE ANY OF YOU TO PARAPHRASE THIS PARAGRAPH!
"Parkinson's disease (PD) belongs to a group of conditions called motor system disorders, which are the result of the loss of dopamine-producing brain cells. The four primary symptoms of PD are tremor, or trembling in hands, arms, legs, jaw, and face; rigidity, or stiffness of the limbs and trunk; bradykinesia, or slowness of movement; and postural instability, or impaired balance and coordination. As these symptoms become more pronounced, patients may have difficulty walking, talking, or completing other simple tasks. PD usually affects people over the age of 50. Early symptoms of PD are subtle and occur gradually. In some people the disease progresses more quickly than in others. As the disease progresses, the shaking, or tremor, which affects the majority of PD patients may begin to interfere with daily activities. Other symptoms may include depression and other emotional changes; difficulty in swallowing, chewing, and speaking; urinary problems or constipation; skin problems; and sleep disruptions. There are currently no blood or laboratory tests that have been proven to help in diagnosing sporadic PD. Therefore the diagnosis is based on medical history and a neurological examination. The disease can be difficult to diagnose accurately. Doctors may sometimes request brain scans or laboratory tests in order to rule out other diseases."
Who ever can do this successfully shall win... something...
Hmm... maybe a dollar for each paragraph?
GET TO IT.
(SRSLY)
Now here is a silly photo.

I've been thinking about maybe trying a drum N bass song. Anybody know where I could find some good drum samples?
